The Supreme Court of India has cancelled all cases filed, including those in Delhi during the student protests. Solicitor General requested the Supreme Court to cancel the FIRs, and the Supreme Court has accepted the request. CJP has announced a protest on 5th September, stating that the central government has failed to fulfil its promise. CJP has announced five demands that include compensation to families who committed suicide due to NEET exam cancellation, cancellation of the FIRs registered against them, oral agreements made by the central government, and a public apology from the RAF and Delhi police. Students were assaulted at Jantar Mantar during the protest, and cases were filed against them that are being cancelled by the Supreme Court.
