Jharkhand High Court heard the case and dismissed the petition of Ajay Jalan, Zeal India Chemicals, Ranchi. Ajan Jalan challenged the discharge petition. The senior manager has misused his position and issued work orders to two companies, Zeel India Chemical and Shiv Machine Tool in Ranchi. The ED has filed an ECIR, and the senior manager has taken a bribe of Rs 1.65 crore for awarding the work to these two companies.
