The High Court checked the report of DNA sample testing from the Kolkata CFSL of the missing girl in Bokaro and handed the report to the SIT team. The High Court has also asked the Jharkhand government to submit a status report to take action against the negligent officers involved in this case and take action against them. Advocate Shantanu Gupta and Vincent Marki presented the case, and the SIT team was also present during the Court hearing.
After matching the DNA of the alleged skeleton of the missing government official, the central government lawyer presented the report to the Court. This case was registered at the Pindrajora Police Station, and no trace was found of the missing girl. Her mother filed a habeas corpus petition in the Jharkhand High Court.
