Jharkhand High Court stayed the demolition of a shop structure at Kishoreganj Chowk in Ranchi. Justice Anand Sen has directed the Municipal Corporation of Ranchi to file a response in this matter within six weeks. Advocate Ayush Raj and Shadab Iqbal represented the applicants in this case and informed the court that the Ranchi Municipal Corporation had declared the shop an illegal structure and given 24 hours to demolish it. The shop was attempted to demolish, which was unjustified.
