The Bombay High Court has not dismissed the defamation case against Rahul Gandhi, as he called him Commander-in-thief. Justice Borkar heard the case against Rahul Gandhi. The judge said that the BJP is a national political party, and Sudip Pasbol, who is Rahul Gandhi's lawyer, said that he didn't mention the BJP's name in the post. The High Court also said that calling a BJP member and PM a commander-in-chief is not at all restricted to the senior leadership of the party. During the trial, its impact on party members will be addressed.
