Delhi Police Crime Branch has issued notices to Sourav Das, Ajinkya Shinde and Ashutosh Ranka for questioning on 22nd October. The investigation is related to disobeying public order under Section 188 and trespassing on personal property without taking permission. CJP leaders were released from Tihar Jail after submitting written apologies and were given bail. These two leaders, Sourav Das and Ashutosh Ranka, gave written assurance to SEM that they won't continue any protest at the Jantar Mantar.
