Jharkhand National Health Mission celebrated a tree-planting event on World Environment day. Director of the National Health Mission, Shashi Jha, said that it is important to conserve water and spread greenery to reduce carbon emissions. Shashi Jha planted a tree sapling and said they implemented the theme of World Environment Day 2026, Inspired by Nature for Climate for our future and said everybody should make efforts to protect Mother Earth.
