META has announced the establishment of a data center in Jamnagar, Gujarat, soon. Under this agreement, Reliance Industries will build a 168-megawatt data center in Gujarat that META will lease. This would help build world-class AI infrastructure. META has said that India's growing digital economy and huge customer base are the reasons to set up data centers in India. This would help META scale the AI infrastructure across the globe while investing in the Indian economy.
