Jharkhand High Court heard a case related to the Jagannathpur Temple of Ranchi. The Hindu Religious Trust Board of Jharkhand presented a revised scheme for the management of the historic Jagannathpur Temple in Dhurwa.
Advocate General Rohit Rai will head an 11-member committee along with the Ranchi DC, four advocates, and the Chairman of the Jharkhand Hindu Religious Trust Board. This committee of 11 members will study the scheme and submit the report to the Jharkhand Court on 3rd September, and the next hearing will be held on 7th September. Advocate Bharat Kumar has presented the case on behalf of the Jharkhand Hindu Religious Trust Board.
The Jharkhand court had directed the Jharkhand Hindu Religious Trust Board to submit a scheme of management of the Jagannathpur Temple in Ranchi under Section 32 of the Jharkhand Hindu Religious Trust Board Act.
