The Supreme Court will hear the petition about the Jharkhand recruitment scam on 24th August after a CBI investigation. Chief Justice Surya Kant, along with Justices Mohan and Bagchi, will hear the petition.
This petition demands a CBI investigation into irregularities in appointments made by JPSC and the State Employees Commission. Based on the findings of the CID investigation, the Jharkhand government has cancelled 22 appointments and placed 17 appointments under investigation. TDPL employees have been arrested.
