A petition was heard in the High Court challenging the order cancelling the appointment process for the posts of State Forensic Science Laboratory and Assistant Director Officer under JPSC (Jharkhand Public Service Commission)
The High Court has refused to stay the cancellation of the recruitment process and has asked the State government to file a response, and the next hearing will be held on 24th September. Justice Deepak Roshan heard the case. Advocate Mishra questioned the cancellation of the recruitment and argued that it is unfair to terminate the entire recruitment process. Advocate Pepriwal argued the case and represented the Jharkhand Public Service Commission.
