The Supreme Court will hear the hearing related to the DGP appointment on 9th October. The Solicitor General stated that the Jharkhand rule made was wrong and requested that the case be heard on 30th September. The Chief Justice of India needed the help of an Amicus Curiae on this Jharkhand problem. Raju Ram Chandran will be available on 9th October.
The government submitted the report six months ago, and Jharkhand's action is wrong. The Court has asked the Jharkhand government to clarify the appointment rules in the next hearing, and Kapil Sibal will validate the rule after hearing the Jharkhand government's rule.
