BJP spokesperson in a press conference, Pratul Deo said that the Hemant government's foreign tours have offered no results. There is no progress on the ground despite Rs 1.30 lakh crore having gone into investments. Pratul Deo also said that the Chief Minister's visit to Spain, Britain and Davos are not investment tours but political trips. He also highlighted that he has fooled the Jharkhand people by promising lakhs of jobs and investment proposals, and there are no concrete industrial investments seen in Jharkhand.

Pratul said that the government claims that CM Hemant's visit to Spain and Sweden has brought Rs 3000 to Rs 4000 crore investment into the state, following the Britain and Davos claims of Rs 1.27 lakh crore and 46,500 jobs in Jharkhand. He also pointed out that claims were made related to a massive convention center worth Rs 1,500 crore in Ranchi in collaboration with Spain, but neither the financial model nor the land has been chosen to date.

Battery storage discussions worth Rs 1300 crore by the Tesla group were held; in this case, neither has the construction started nor has the land been allotted. Training for football coaches in Jharkhand is also a false promise that was in collaboration with Spain's RCD Espanyol club. He also promised that Volvo would start its manufacturing center for electric buses and trucks. All announcements with the Jetron group are also fake promises that haven't been fulfilled till now.

He also highlighted that CM Hemant's visit to Davos publicity was given to Tata Steel's investment of Rs 11,000 crore. Also, names like The Lulu group, Welspun, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and Hitachi were also used to get media headlines. Pratul Deo also highlighted that the CM's office had announced that the Jindal Group would invest Rs 30,000 crore for clean allergy, and Odisha Alloy will invest Rs 25,000. The Rungta Group will invest Rs 5000 crore, and Amja Cement would set up a Rs 1600 crore cement plant. Sushine Group will make a Rs 3,000 crore investment in Jharkhand in the AI sector. But till today, there is no correct roadmap planned, nor has any land acquisition taken place. Ashok Bairik, Co-Media in-charge, was also present during this press conference.

Pratul Deo concluded, saying that if these investments had materialized, Jharkhand's youth would be employed today, construction work would have started and industrial activity would be in action. Pratul Deo said that the Hemant government should issue a white paper disclosing its purported investments and foreign visits.
